Navio is a reliable vehicle tracking and Fleet management product from Sout Telco Trading & Contracting.
It is the way of managing your vehicles and service personnel. It's easily accessed via a Web enabled server, giving the current and historical information of vehicles' movements, and monitoring and control of digital and analogue Inputs/Outputs (fuel level, temperature, engine start/stop, tamper switches, and other vehicle parameters).

Our Real Time Tracking System or Navio AVL is based on Navio II stand-alone terminals which combines Global Position Satellite (GPS) technology to determinate their own position, with Cellular GSM/GPRS or Satellite networks, to set up a communication with Master control centers or Mobile PDA.

Navio users can benefit from the mapping features of the system. Users can switch between the maps format to get Diversified information and views about their fleet.

 Some Mapping Features

The Zoning facilities of Navio allows the user to define Alarm Zones on the maps. When the driver is out of the delimited area, the system generates an alarm to both drivers and Control & Monitoring Centers.

Multiple Zones can be defined to different users. The Zoning demand  is  remotely mapped from the Control Centers.

Navio II Reports to the tracking center:
The report contains  position, speed, direction,  status of  the  digital  inputs (switches) and analog inputs.

Events that generate reports:

• Time interval (cyclic report every x minutes) 

• Distance (every x kilometers)

• Status change on one of the digital inputs 

• Limit exceeded on one of the analog inputs

• Entering or leaving an area defined by center and radius

• Personal onboard navigation system based on PDA or Notebook

Position reports can also be requested from a mobile phone (authorization by key number)

Commands to the mobile unit:
Remote control of  up to six digital outputs, for example to immobilize the car in case of theft.

Programming:
This unit is completely programmed over the network. All functions can be programmed remotely from the tracking center even if the vehicle is on its way. 

Accesories:

• Data Terminal to  display messages from the tracking center to the driver. The driver can respond with predefined messages.

• Handset or hands free kit to talk with the tracking center (only in combination with data terminal)

• Combined GPS/GSM antennas, either glass mounted or roof mounted

• Emergency button

• Personal on-board navigation system based on PDA or Notebook
